Administrative Employment

All administrative staffs are required to meet the same standards as security guards in addition to the traditional qualifications including in their job title. Urus Kota Security values its security guards above all others. As a result every employee must undergo the security licensing process. We do this do maintain respect the role that security guards play in the success of a security services organization.

Management Employment

Urus Kota Security believes in developing its leaders from within the organization. We view all of our security officers as managers in training. We prefer not to hire managers or supervisors from outside the company.
